How does The Beauty Route work?

Just like your favorite grocery delivery, we handle the shopping and the driving. You browse our curated products, select your delivery speed, and a Route Specialist brings the warehouse directly to your station, home, or suite.

Is there a delivery minimum?

To keep our drivers on the move, we have a $30 order minimum. However, we offer FREE DELIVERY on first-time orders over $50—the perfect excuse to restock your essentials or grab a fan favorite.

How fast is "on the way"?

We move at the pace of your appointments. At checkout, you can choose the window that fits you:

The Emergency Run: Need it within the hour? We’ll prioritize your Route to get you back to the chair immediately.
The Same-Day Reset: Order by noon for delivery before 6:00 PM—perfect for restocking between clients.
The Scheduled Prep: Planning for a big Monday morning? Schedule your delivery for another day to ensure your station is ready.

Are there membership or subscription options?

We offer three ways to navigate The Beauty Route:

The Guest (Standard Access): Perfect for the one-time emergency or the occasional DIYer. You get full access to our curated collections and our $20 Custom Concierge service. You just pay a standard delivery fee on every order.

The Express Lane ($30/mo): Built for the consistent creator and at-home stylist. You get Unlimited Free Delivery on all orders over $75, Priority Dispatch during peak hours, and 50% off all Beauty Concierge fees ($10 instead of $20). If you order more than twice a month, this pays for itself.

The HOV Lane: Exclusive to licensed professionals and salon owners. This isn't just a membership; it's a partnership. Join The HOV Lane to earn commissions on the products you recommend to your clients.
